With Mazda Service Select you can vary your visit schedule according to how you use your Mazda. For example, if you travel on average 13,000kms per year, you can service your Mazda once every 9 months, if you travel less, say 8,000kms per year you only need to come in once a year. You’ll also get peace of mind as you will not pay more for a Scheduled Service performed by us than the price advertised at the time your Scheduled Service booking is confirmed+.

Early start? That’s no problem! Simply let us know that you want to take advantage of our Early Bird Check-in System, and you can drop off your car at a time convenient to you.
The Early Bird Check-in Box can be found at the entrance to our service department. Simply place your keys in the secured location box provided.
Can't pick up your vehicle before 5pm due to work commitments! No worries, Your vehicle will be parked safely in the workshop of our dealership ready for you to collect at a time convenient to you.
We have registered additional complimentary loan cars. All vehicles will be sanitised after being used. For your convenience Rockhampton Mazda has Loan Vehicles available FREE of charge (subject to availability).

Due to new social distancing regulations, our Courtesy Shuttle Service has been altered until further notice. We are only able to carry one customer at a time. This service will return to normal once the COVID 19 issue dissipates.

We accept cash & EFTPOS, all major credit cards & business cheques. Should you require to make payment by cheque please let us know at time of booking for approval. We do NOT accept personal cheques.
